Black Friday Sale – Returns & Refunds Policy
Please note that all purchases made during our Black Friday sale are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any discounted items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described in accordance with your consumer rights.
Before completing your purchase, we strongly encourage you to check product descriptions, sizes, and specifications carefully. Due to the high volume of orders during the sale period, we’re unable to make changes, cancellations, or adjustments once your order has been placed.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a suitable resolution.
Thank you for understanding — these policies help us keep our Black Friday discounts as generous as possible for everyone.
OUR ONLINE POLICY
If you have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note or exchange provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags still attached. Please note, should you wish you return your items, Eastaxe does not cover shipping costs and the item needs to be returned within 7 working days.
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan, pet hair etc.
Eastaxe does not offer refunds.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to provide you with your credit note/ exchange.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at orders@eastaxe.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
