Change of mind
Eastaxe products purchased at full price can be returned for a store credit. Please email your request at orders@eastaxe.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Store credit will be allocated to your nominated email address at the time of transaction within 3 business days of Eastaxe receiving the returned item/s.
This excludes hair accessories and headwear, which are ineligible to be returned unless faulty.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn & unused (including tags). All items must be in the original packaging, which must also be in its original condition (including boxes & garment bags. Eastaxe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria).
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All return postage costs are at the customer's expense, domestic or international, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Please note, sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code. Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes once they are placed. All sales are final.
Please confirm sizing suitability for Eastaxe pieces prior to purchase by referring to the measurements listed in the description of each product.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at orders@eastaxe.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
