Change of mind
OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We happily accept returns for a store credit or exchange only, provided:

The item was purchased at full price

The item is unused, unworn and unwashed

The item is returned in its original packaging with tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be returned within 7 business days of return approval

Eastaxe does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns
Please take care when trying on garments. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, including makeup marks, fragrance, body lotions, fake tan, pet hair or odours.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
Store credit can be used on physical products only and cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as a cash equivalent and Shopify does not allow store credit to be used toward them.
How to Return
Please submit your return request here
Once your item/s are received, they will undergo a quality assessment. Our team will then contact you to issue your store credit or exchange where applicable.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email orders@eastaxe.com with:

Clear photos of the fault

A brief description of the issue
We will assess the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or refund based on feedback from the manufacturer.
If the item is deemed faulty, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
