CLICK AND COLLECT RETURNS


We’re pleased to offer Click & Collect for your convenience. However, please note that our warehouse is unable to process returns or exchanges in person.

All return and exchange requests can be easily lodged through our online returns portal, where our team will assist you further. If you have any other questions about this please email online@eastaxe.com. Thank you for your understanding and support.

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and parcel must be sent back within 7 days of lodging request.

We happily accept returns for a store credit or exchange only, provided:

  • The item was purchased at full price

  • The item is unused, unworn and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original Eastaxe satchel, with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of return approval

  • Eastaxe does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns

Please take care when trying on garments. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, including makeup marks, fragrance, body lotions, fake tan, pet hair or odours.

Store Credit & Gift Cards

Store credit can be used on physical products only and cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as a cash equivalent and Shopify does not allow store credit to be used toward them.

How to Return

Please submit your return request here

Once your item/s are received, they will undergo a quality assessment. Our team will then contact you to issue your store credit or exchange where applicable.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email orders@eastaxe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the fault

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or refund based on feedback from the manufacturer.

If the item is deemed faulty, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
