SALE ITEMS

Please note that sale and clearance item purchases are final and cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned unless deemed faulty. Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes once they are placed. All sales are final.

OUR ONLINE POLICY

If you have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note or exchange provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags still attached. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan, pet hair etc. 

Eastaxe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Please note, should you wish you return your items, Eastaxe does not cover shipping costs and the item needs to be returned within 7 working days. 

This excludes hair accessories and headwear, which are ineligible to be returned unless faulty.

Eastaxe does not offer refunds.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to provide you with your credit note/ exchange.


Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at orders@eastaxe.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
