Change of mind

If you have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Eastaxe does not offer refunds.

Please note, should you wish you return your items, Eastaxe does not cover shipping costs and the item needs to be returned within 7 working days.

Please drop us an email at hello@eastaxe.com and we will respond with steps on how to return the item to us.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to provide you with your credit note.

Sale Items

We do not exchange/refund sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.


Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at hello@eastaxe.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
