Eastaxe Click & Collect Policy
Pickup Location
Click & Collect is available for local pickup in Newcastle. Full pickup details will be provided via email once your order is ready.
Pickup Days & Hours
Orders can be collected on Mondays and Tuesdays only, between 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Order Processing & Notification
Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to collect your order.
What to Bring
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation (order number) as proof of purchase.

DOMESTIC ORDERS - AUSTRALIA
Standard Domestic -$12
Express Domestic - $15
Orders are despatched within 1-3 working days. Whilst we endeavour to get all domestic orders delivered within 5 days, please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 7-14 working days please conta online@eastaxe.com and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently. Eastaxe will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by customer or for the delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the time frame given.
NEW ZEALAND
Standard - $16
Express -$25
Delivery time
Orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. Once despatched, New Zealand orders are sent standard or express with Australia Post.
All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
Eastaxe will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by customer or for the delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the time frame given.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All import taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order requires additional charges you will be notified and required to pay these before your package clears customs.
As a provider of goods we declare the value of the package when shipped and from that point it is with your country’s customs agents to approve, delay or reject your package.
If you refuse to pay these additional charges your order will be shipped back to us and we will offer you a refund minus the cost of shipping. Only once your package has reached us can we issue a refund.
Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.
