Eastaxe Click & Collect Policy

We are pleased to offer Click & Collect for our local Newcastle customers.

Pickup Location
Click & Collect is available for local pickup in Newcastle. Full pickup details will be provided via email once your order is ready.

Pickup Days & Hours
Orders can be collected on Mondays and Tuesdays only, between 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Order Processing & Notification
Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to collect your order.

What to Bring
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation (order number) as proof of purchase.

Busy Periods
During product launches and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
